- Maintain and manage requests for service and coordinate assignment of care from our clients to our employees.
- Manage changes to the services provided.
- Professionally document all necessary information from both clients and employees.
- Fully comprehend the policies and procedures of PQHSC.
- Collaborate regularly with our clients and aim at surpassing their expectations.
- Actively engage in staff meetings with clients, employees, and the management team.
- Be aware of the needs of our clients that we partner with.
- Act with compassion and an understanding to provide the best service possible.
- Work with an awareness of health and safety and cooperate towards improved health and safety conditions at work.
- Adapt and adjust to changes to the schedule.
- Demonstrate a strong capacity to problem solve and work through difficult situations professionally and tactfully.
- Able to identify and communicate opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
What you will need to be successful:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette.
- Be able to handle complex situations with clients and employees.
- Must be detail-oriented, adaptable, and customer-focused.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- 1 year of Scheduling in the Healthcare field experience is an asset.
- 1-year using Advanced Tracker
