The shift will be Monday to Thursday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm and Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Must have a willingness to travel and reliable transportation.

The Role
- Carry out necessary preparations, such as cutting concrete, covering floors, scraping floors, placing and removing straw, and stripping floors.
- Daily collection and disposal of construction site debris, ensuring proper disposal in designated areas and compliance with waste recycling programs.
- Assist in preparing porches, garages, and basements for cleaning and cement pouring. Coordinate the cutting of driveways, ordering of stones, and installation of patio slabs on each lot.
- Ensure that houses are properly graded and safe for bricklayer trades to commence their work. Verify that footings and walls are ready for inspection.
- Inform the Project Manager about scheduling garbage company services for bin delivery and exchange, specifically for interior cleaning purposes.
- Conducts work safety and adheres to safety protocols
- Perform additional duties, as required

- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
