Job Description:

Crispo Canada, a leading provider of construction tools and fasteners, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Bolton, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of our warehouse, including receiving and shipping products, inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming products and supplies, ensuring accuracy and quality of shipments.
• Process outgoing shipments and prepare them for transport, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
• Follow all safety and security procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers and data.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
