JOB SUMMARY: THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION IS TO PROVIDE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
TO THE COLLEGE CENTRE COLLÉGIAL DE TRANSFERT DE TECHNOLOGIES (CCTT), AND THE FINANCE
DEPARTMENT, PURSUANT TO ACCOUNTING REFORMS IMPOSED BY THE MINISTÈRE DE L'ÉDUCATION ET
DE L'ENSIGNEMENT SUPÉRIEUR.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform daily accounting operations of the CCTT.
Prepare the reconciliations of receivables, payables, bank accounts and prepare adjusting journal entries for CCTT.
Prepare GST/QST report for filing to government for the CCTT.
Prepare and upload the CCTT’s budgets.
Responsible for year-end closings of the CCTT in Clara system.
Coordinate the CCTT audit and documentation required by the external auditors.
Prepare internal financial reports for Ancillary Services.
Analyse various accounts of Ancillary Services.
Provide variance explanations of actuals versus budget and year over year for Ancillary Services.
Implement several projects to automate and develop work tools in CLARA.
Other related tasks.
