Customer Service Advisor

Key Accountabilities:

· Answering inbound calls pertaining to customer service and billing support.

· Accurately explaining a customer’s bill, identifying an overdue balance, and answering account balance questions.

· Process credit card payments and assist with pre-authorized payment setup and modification.

· Understanding and explaining promotional offers to customers and confidently resolving disputes.

· Supporting inquiries and offering assistance with client products, services and applications.

· Offering entertainment packages and service solutions that add value to the customer and fit their unique lifestyle and financial needs.

· Escalation services to manage complaints that require a Team Leader or Supervisor to make decisions based on guidelines and procedures set out by client.

· Meet KPI targets as set by management and the client

· Other duties as assigned

Core Competencies & Attributes:

· Effective communication skills

· Customer Service experience is an asset

· Punctual, is consistently at work and on time

Experience & Qualifications:

· Ability to Navigate Computer applications comfortably

· Call center experience an asset but not a requirement

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
